He is a virtuoso violinist born to Italian parents in New York. He started his studies when he was four years old and went on to study at the Juilliard School as a scholarship student. Later he would become a student of Jascha Heifetz at the Institute of Special Musical Studies at the University of Southern California.
He performs internationally as an acclaimed soloist with many orchestras and ensembles and has become known for his technical skills. The orchestras he has appeared with include the St. Louis, Jupiter, Tucson and Spokane Symphonies, the Brooklyn, Boston and Kansas Philharmonics and the Boston Pops . He has also been the concertmaster of the New York City Ballet Orchestra.
The 2017 season was the 50th anniversary of his debut a Carnegie Hall when he was 14 year old.
He has made in the region of 20 recordings, many of them on smaller record labels, which range from classical works to Christmas carols.
